Oral Presentations

Slides must be delivered to the speaker’s room on a USB flash drive not later than 2 hours before the session. There will be no possibility of presenting slides from your computer. Prepare your slides in format compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint, image proportions 16:9.

e-Posters

Only ePosters emailed before 5 April 2022 will be presented during the Congress.

e-Posters with Short Oral Presentation

Short oral presentation is based on the e-Poster, do not prepare separate slides.

Language

The official Congress language is English.

Certificates

Certificates will be emailed to all attending participants after the Congress.

Awards

Special Awards for best Oral and e-Poster presentations will be presented during the Congress Closing Ceremony. Journal of Hearing Science has funded the Special Award for Best Oral Presentation. Audiology Research has funded the Special Award for the best e-Poster.
